“Žaltytis” is a three-day festival for small and adult children held annually in midsummer, inviting families to celebrate togetherness, creativity, and nature.
This time, the festival ticket will carry you to the space, where exciting opportunities to explore other planets and make friends with their inhabitants will be available to you. By getting to know different and strange inhabitants of the Universe, we will expand our horizons and enjoy unprecedented diversity. It will be easy for everyone to find the right planet for themselves - Peace, Music or Games - in the space of “Ąžuolų giria” farmstead. Please do remember that every guest is the creator of the fest. Therefore we invite you to decide which planet you are coming from before arriving, and dress accordingly. Maybe it is a Toys, Horror, Confusion or the Pink Planet? Are all your family members from the same planet? What language do you speak, what games do you play and what dances do you dance on your planet? At the celebration, you will have an opportunity to reveal yourself with all your curiosities and quirks! But if you are tired or short on time, don’t worry too much, as the festival will be open to unprepared arrivals from the planets of Haste, Boredom and Domesticity. They will have a chance to recover in the SPA and create costumes in our legendary wardrobe. The entire team of “Žaltytis” works hard to make the space of the festival as impressive and welcoming as ever. And the real magic, as always, will begin when the forest and meadow are filled by you, the travellers of the unknown Universe! “Žaltytis” values: Community – between family members, festival participants, volunteers, and more – because we all have similar needs and dreams!
